Human Value

Once upon a time there was a king with five wives. One day, he got sick and was on death bed. Afraid of being alone in afterlife. He asked his fifth wife which he loved the most. He bought her diamonds, gold and elegant clothing. He asked her, would you die with me? Would you go with me to the afterlife? The fifth wife replied, I can't do that and walk away. He also loved his fourth wife. He was proud of her and would always show her off to the neighboring kingdoms. He asked the same question to her and he got the same answer. She also said that she will remarry after his death. The third wife was a Fame and asked her if she can go with him afterlife but unfortunately she can accompany him till his last breath.His second wife was always there in in his times of need. He had hope in her and asked her the same thing. She managed to say sorry and promise to arrange his funeral. A voice called and said, I will leave with you and follow you wherever you go even if it is to the afterlife.  It was his first wife who he took care of the least. He felt embarrassed and beg her for forgiveness.  He told her he should have taken care of her and given her more attention.
MORAL OF THE STORY: we all have five wives
5 Wife(Body): We decorate with expensive jewellery and clothing but can't follow you afterlife.
4 Wife(Possession): We try to gather possession but at the end we cannot take them afterlife. It has to be given to other people like third wife said RE MARRY.
3 Wife(Fame): Our name and fame will be left behind when we go to after life.
2 Wife(Family and Friends): We trust them and they are available in times of need. The furthest they can go with us is to our funeral and send us off.
1 Wife( Soul): We usually neglect taking care of our soul but that is the thing that follow us to the afterlife.
Care your body, keep it healthy, enjoy your possessions and the comfort they provide.  Cherish your family and friends for love they provide but dont forget to take care of your soul. Nourish your soul. Take time to be alone,  pray and meditate  BECAUSE IT IS A SOURCE AND YOUR MOST FAITHFUL FRIEND.
